Mr. Bethea Sr., is the Head DECA Adviser at Mallard Creek High School.  He enjoys building lifelong relationships with students that infuse them with the business acumen to become successful in every field of endeavor.  “It’s all about perspective and preparation!”  One of his major goals is to get students to believe that they are destined to be great! “True Belief is half the battle! Then we can use the DECA platform to give everyone Da Business!”
