A: My name is Rickelle Simmons, and my position is CEO of my business.

A: Designs By Mi’Kelle.
Q: What does ethics mean to you? How would you define ethics?
A: To me, ethics means doing what I know is right and good; it also calls for me to be honest to myself, have integrity, and show empathy towards others when needed.
Q: How do you apply ethical behavior in your daily business operations?
A: I apply ethical behavior in my daily operations by doing what I say I will do for my consumers. When you are tailor-making clothing, you have to be in contact with your consumer a lot, and things change constantly. My goal is to please my consumer.
